This is a place to come home to yourself and the Earth. My practice invites greater joy in your body, your life path, and the magical creatures that join you along the way.
As a somatic coach and nature-based mindfulness guide, I offer a compassionate space where you can slow down, feel deeply, and move boldly toward your wild, precious life.
I’m trained in somatic coaching through the Strozzi Institute, certified in Mindful Outdoor Leadership by Kripalu, and hold a certification in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR).
